Great location, close to major attractions and public transportation. the room had a comfortable bed and a functioning air conditioning unit.

The room was quite dated, with worn out furnishings. the bathroom was not very clean and had a musty smell.

The hotel was central to the nightlife and facilities

The cleaners only did basic cleaning duties I think the cleaning of the rooms should be more thorough, apart from that the front of house staff were very friendly and helpfull

I originally thought I paid through Booked.net, but apparently this did not properly happen. Then the hotel asked me to pay for the single night I booked. I did that. I paid for 1 night by credit card. I then stayed 2 nights more directly booked with the hotel, but they made me pay for 3 nights with the argument that the 1st night was still not paid. However, when I checked my credit card statement I actually paid for the 1st night already. So I now paid the 1st night double, 1 through credit card and once as cash. I contacted the hotel by email, but so far no response yet. If no response yet tomorrow I will give them a call. I would appreciate when you can check with them again, because the night I booked through Booked.net I paid now double

Nearby Swiss food restaurant just a short walk away is a solid dining choice. the prices stay the same, and it's in a great spot; )))

Behavior of hotel staff was just bogus. They dont know how to welcome guests. Dont know english at all. Very lackadaisical approach towards boarders. Totally unfriendly. There was no roof top garden or swimming pool inside the hotel or vip massage facility whereas it was written in the hotel brochure. When we checked in there was no hotel staff to carry our luggage to our room. When we checked out from our 6th floor room the lift was out of order for last 20 hours and we didnt find any action from hotel side to rectify the problem and as a result we were forced to use stairs. Horrible experience altogether.

The access to the hotel is restricted in the evenings when only pedestrians are allowed on Walking Street, which might be inconvenient arriving by car.

Cockroaches has been found only in toilet and refregerater. After new year increase the hotel rate. However other hotels decreases the rate.

The hotel is dirty. No help from the front desk. The front desk staffs are so rude. I heard one lady at the front desk talking to one of the guest in a very rude way. This lady was in your hotel for a long time. I think that she owns that hotel. On 21st or 22 nd November about 12 AM she is talking to a staff in a unpleasant way and using the word "FUCK OFF" to one of the hotel guest. I was shocked to hear this type wording from the hotel management. At that time I was reading the newspaper. That person then approached me and asked me If I can be a witness for this incident. I gave him my details such as my room number. But I did not see him later.

The location was great and everything in this hotel was no good. TV was not working. Internet charge is 150 Bhat per day and it was not working in the room. The bath tub so horrible and it was dirty. The linen was ugly and dirty.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the nightlife and entertainment options. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a great view of the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable.

The noise from the nearby clubs and bars could be extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The hotel could use some renovations and updates, as it felt a bit outdated and worn out.
